I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is perfect as it's situated in a less crowded area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout my time there. The basic amenities in the rooms were also top-notch, and I especially loved the cute Juliet balcony that added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. Furthermore, the breakfast served was delicious and definitely worth waking up for. this hotel offers great value for money and I was thoroughly impressed with my stay.

Our recent stay at Hydel Palace Hotel & Resorts was absolutely fantastic. The personalized service and hospitality we received from the staff made us feel right at home. The delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant was a definite highlight, with a wide variety of local delicacies to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel and the daily room service were impeccable. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to attractions like Athirappilly and Vazhachal falls, and just a short walk away from the scenic Athirappilly River where we could swim and enjoy the flowing water. The amenities in our room, such as the hot water in the bathroom tap and the functional AC and TV, added to our overall comfort. We also appreciated the small touches like the clothes line on the terrace and the Juliet balcony in our deluxe room. our stay at Hydel Palace Hotel & Resorts was memorable and highly recommended.

One minor downside was the slightly loud and repetitive piped music in the alleyway, which could be heard from our room. Additionally, we found the bed in our room to be a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful area close to the Silver Strom water park. Guests love the clean rooms with a flat-screen TV, desk and private bathroom. the staff is described as extremely friendly, polite and helpful.

The hotel lacks tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Awesome place in the middle of the woods and next to a water park, the perfect location. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling and ready to help, making my stay unforgettable. The food is exquisite, especially the fish fry. The rooms are neat and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. Another great thing is that they offer discounts on nearby attractions.

The hotel is located in a remote area, which makes it difficult to find transportation if you haven't arranged one beforehand. Some rooms did not have a tea maker or water heater, making it impossible to have coffee or tea in the morning.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay, offering great value for money. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, with basic amenities provided in the spacious rooms. The location is another plus point, being near everything yet in a less crowded area.
